Vento e a baixa umidade causam ressecamento
De acordo com a SOMAR Meteorologia, o tempo permanece seco, ensolarado e com tardes muito quentes em todo Brasil nos próximos dias. Nesta época do ano, o único sistema capaz de trazer chuva e frio é a frente fria. O problema é que a única frente fria sobre a América do Sul nesta semana está bloqueada na altura do Rio Grande do Sul. Com isto, a massa de ar seco e quente que estava restrita às Regiões Norte e Centro-Oeste se expandiu e alcançou Estados que até pouco tempo atrás passavam por um intenso período de frio. Segundo os meteorologistas da SOMAR, nos Estados da Região Sul, a máxima chegou a 33°C em Porto Alegre e em Foz do Iguaçu na tarde de ontem. Na Capital Gaúcha, desde 02 de abril não fazia tanto calor. Já no oeste do Paraná, desde 04 de março a temperatura não alcançava este patamar. A Capital Paulista também registrou uma tarde quente, com máxima de 30°C. Desde 07 de maio, a temperatura não chegava a tal valor. Apenas para comparar, no dia de ontem, 24, a maior temperatura registrada no Brasil foi em Conceição do Araguaia, no sudeste do Pará, com 38,5°C.
Com esse tempo, vários cuidados têm que ser redobrados. Cuidado com a pele deve-se ter todos os dias. Mas é principalmente no tempo seco que há uma maior necessidade de se preocupar em como protegê-la, já que o vento e a baixa umidade do ar são os principais fatores que causam o ressecamento da pele. Os cuidados com a pele neste período devem incluir o uso de um produto hidratante, diariamente, em forma de cremes ou óleos, cuja frequência depende do grau do ressecamento. A hidratação protege a pele do envelhecimento precoce e do desgaste natural, tornando o tecido macio, firme, suave e resistente.
A proprietária da Dermage, empresa especializada em produtos dermocosméticos em Uberlândia, Daniela Ferreira, comenta sobre os cuidados que se deve ter neste período e a importância de utilizar produtos específicos. “Temos que usar sempre os produtos certos para manter a pele hidratada e macia. Para isso, neste período do ano o uso de sabonetes próprios com ativos potentes em hidratação é fundamental. Outro fator de extrema importância é não tomar sol em excesso e fazer o uso contínuo de filtro solar, porque ele protege a pele dos raios solares que estão presentes todos os dias, mesmo quando o sol não aparece”, afirma.
A estudante de psicologia, Carolina Lemes, 23 anos, fala sobre problemas que já teve neste tempo e como cuidou. “Já teve dias que eu acordei com a pele do rosto que não podia nem sorrir de tão ressecada. Então percebi a falta de um hidratante. Hoje, utilizo dois hidratantes: um para o dia e outro para noite, além é claro de outros cuidados como sabonetes específicos para meu tipo de pele. É fundamental cuidar da pele, ter um rosto bonito, afinal é o que todo mundo repara”, brinca a estudante.
Outros cuidados:
* Não tomar banhos prolongados e muito quentes;
* Utilizar sabonetes de forma moderada. O excesso também pode causar ressecamento;
* Ingerir muito líquido para manter a hidratação da pele;
* Evitar o contato de tecidos espessos e abrasivos diretos na pele, como brim e lã, pois podem causar irritações e prurido;
* Hidratar os lábios, pois ressecam muito nesta estação, alguns podendo até mesmo causar feridas;
* Evitar alimentos muito calóricos;
