Ingredientes:
* 200 gr de margarina Qualy Light Sadia
* 1 colher(es) (sopa) de açúcar União
* 1 unidade(s) de gema de ovo
* quanto baste de farinha de trigo Recheio
* 20 unidade(s) de morango
* 2 lata(s) de leite condensado
* 1 colher(es) (sopa) de amido de milho Cobertura
* 300 gr de chocolate meio amargo picado(s)
* 3 colher(es) (sopa) de creme de leite sem soro
Preparo:
Massa
Misture todos os ingredientes,adicionando a farinha aos poucos e amassando até que se forme uma massa homogênea que desgruda inteira das mãos.
Abra a massa e forre uma fôrma de fundo removível (diâmetro entre 25 e 30 cm).
Asse em forno quente e reserve. RecheioDissolva o amido de milho no leite e reserve.
Coloque o leite condensado e o amido de milho dissolvido em uma panela antiaderente e cozinhe até engrossar,como um brigadeiro.
Retire do fogo e misture os morangos partidos ao meio.Reserve.

Derreta o chocolate em banho-maria em seguida acrescente o creme de leite.Reserve.

Preparo:
Lave os morangos, retire o cabinho e seque. Reserve. Coloque todos os ingredientes em uma panela e leve ao fogo. Apure como brigadeiro, até soltar da panela. Espere esfriar. Envolva os morangos um a um com esta massinha, se estiver grudando, coloque um pouco de açúcar nas mãos. Derreta o chocolate e dê banho nos bomboms.
